Mission

Our Mission: We want to help more players access quality coaching and give coaches an easier way to connect with families. We set out to build a platform that could bring the Long Island lacrosse community together — one that’s focused on building relationships, supporting skill development, and making top-tier coaching more accessible to everyone. We want to help Long Island's best players today, develop our best players for tomorrow.

Story

Part of what inspired this effort is our own story. Dylan actually coached Daniel,  one-on-one during high school. They’d meet at a local field for personal training sessions that made a real impact — not just on Daniel’s game, but on his confidence and love for the sport. That experience is exactly what we’re working to recreate and scale: meaningful, high-quality coaching that’s easy to access, book, and build around your life.
